Kitchen glass panels

Kitchen glass panels are made of various types of glass, such as:

1.) Made of LACOBEL lacquered glass available in 23 colours

– It is 4 mm thick glass, factory lacquered, the edges are subject to processing, i.e. grinding. We also make any holes for electrical sockets and cut-outs. Such glass is mounted – glued to the wall with a special adhesive for glass panels.

The disadvantage of this type of glass is the availability of only 23 colours, low resistance to high temperatures and to stress in case of cut-outs and openings.

2.) Made of lacquered glass – FLOAT TOUGHENED type

– It is 4mm, 6mm or 8mm thick glass. This type of glass is slightly greenish in colour, it can be lacquered in any colour from NCS or RAL palette, the edges are subject to processing, i.e. grinding. We also make any holes for electrical sockets and cut-outs. Such glass is mounted – glued to the wall with a special adhesive for glass panels.

The advantage of such glass is a wide choice of colours, high resistance to temperature and to stress in case of cut-outs and openings.

3.) Made of lacquered glass – OPTIWHITE TOUGHENED type

– It is 4mm, 6mm or 8mm thick glass. This type of glass is not coloured, it is without iron, crystal clear and it can be lacquered in any colour from the NCS or RAL palette. The edges are subject to processing, i.e. grinding. We also make any holes for electrical sockets and cut-outs. Such glass is mounted – glued to the wall with a special adhesive for glass panels.

The advantage of such glass is a wide choice of colours, high resistance to temperature and to stress in case of cut-outs and openings. Optiwhite glass most accurately reflects the expected colour, as it is not pigmented in the mass.

4.) Made of lacquered glass FLOAT/ OPTIWHITE TOUGHENED type with GLITTER, STONE, COBWEB effect

– It is 4mm, 6mm or 8mm thick glass. This type of glass can be lacquered in any colour from the NCS or RAL palette.

There is a wide range of possibilities to mix the effect of glitter, cobweb or stone with any colour from the NCS or RAL palette.

5.) Safety glass, laminated with foil with printing between two panes.

Laminated packages e.g. 2 x 4 mm or 2 x 6 mm OPTIWHITE or FLOAT laminated permanently with foil with any print.

It is possible to manufacture in standard and toughened type of glass depending on the needs of the customer.

The glass is mounted – glued to the wall with a special adhesive for glass panels.

The advantage of this type of glass is very high strength (in the case of toughened glass), and the guarantee that the print will not become discoloured, do not change its colour and do not delaminate.

After the customer has chosen a pattern/graphic, our graphic designers prepare the visualisation especially for the given glass pane.

We recommend the use of toughened glass, especially when the panes have cut-outs, holes and when they are close to the gas cooker or when they are exposed to stress. Toughened glass is resistant to stress, to higher temperature than standard glass and is more resistant to scratches.
